Bambola Beauty orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major
holidays). Below are shipping options available for your order. Please select the option that best suits
your delivery needs at checkout.
- Most orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days, depending on product availability.
- Most standard orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service. Delivery times will vary based
on your region. All orders are shipped from New York.
Second Day Service
- Second Day orders placed by 2:00pm EST will be processed and shipped the same day, depending on

"Free Standard Shipping" applies to all orders, equal to or exceeding $75.00, US Residents only. These orders are
eligible for free USPS Ground Shipping only. For Express shipping services you will need to add the additional rate.
If you qualify for free shipping but would like to have Express shipping, the additional fee will apply.

We hope that you love everything that you order from Bambola Beauty. Should you be less than satisfied with your
purchase we will be happy to accept returns which are received within 30 days of the purchase date. We do not
provide pre-paid return labels and recommend a tracking method for shipping your return. We regret that we do not
refund original or return shipping costs with the return.
The credit for your returned items cannot be exchanged for cash or a check. Credits will be issued to the original
credit card used for the purchase. You may use the credit towards the purchase of another item, simply state that
in your return package.
Please be certain to include all of your contact information with your return, such as: Name, Billing
confirmation, Complete Mailing Address, Telephone Number and email (if you have one). We will notify you via email
or phone once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution can take up to seven
business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact Customer

Q. When can I expect my order?
A. Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Most orders are shipped within
1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email for your order and tracking information.
Q. Where do you ship and what are your shipping rates?
A. We ship to the 48 continental states. Higher rates apply for Hawaii and Alaska. See our
rates, terms and conditions page for full details.
Q. Do you offer professional beauty industry discounts?
A. Yes, we offer discounts to those in the beauty profession. Simply email
customer service with your request.
Q. Can I return a product?
A. Yes, you can return any item for a full refund (less any shipping charges) within 30 days of your purchase.
Q. Do I need to shake or store my product in a certain temperature?
A. You should shake to mix your product when it arrives before using. Then simply store where temperatures
are moderate, between 60-75 degrees. Avoid extreme temperatures if possible.
Q. What are natural products?
A. Natural ingredients must come from a renewable resource found in nature, with no petroleum compounds.
Bambola products are made from plant and mineral. You can find the full definition on the
Natural Products Association website.
Q. Do natural products have expiration dates?
A. We recommend that you use your product within one year. Bambola products do not contain chemical preservatives.

Q. Where else can I purchase Bambola Skincare products?
A. BambolaBeauty.com is the only location currently.
Q. Do I really get a sample with each order?
A. Yes, you will receive a deluxe sample with each order you place. The sample will be selected by Bambola based
on the item you purchased and any purchase history to find the perfect product choice. The best part is that the
sample is in a REUSABLE container. Perfect for refilling and taking on an overnight or just sticking in your desk
Q. Do you sell or plan on selling Men's Products?
A. We are currently researching Men's products and hope to have a Men's line in the near future. Please note that
our current products aren't gender specific and men can enjoy these products too.
Q. If I have food allergies should I be concerned about organic natural skincare products?
A. Your skin does absorb lotions and serum so and therefore a remote possibility does exist. It would depend on
the severity of your allergy and the amount of allergen. Please read the ingredient list before using. Our
Volcanic Mineral Scrub does contain nuts so I would caution use to anyone with a nut allergy. Should you have a
reaction to any product, stop use immediately and consult your dermatologist.
